Women in the work force:whats your opinion?

I am just wondering what your opinions are for women working do u think we have equal oppertunities? Do men still dominate the work force? Men do you think women should work below you? I would apreciate all of your opinions. Thanks!

There is still this glass ceiling. Work is still a men's club and men continue to make more money in each career and career step. I work in an office with two other guys and eight other women and even though one of the guys is worse than the worst female worker he's still getting more than what she's getting and is getting more than most of us ladies.
In most offices guys are in management positions and I am not talking about those who have more experiences than women I am talking about the men who are not as experienced as their woman co part and yet get the job.
SO yeah it's still a man's world although we women are working hard to crack it!
There was once this sci fi book that took place where men were the subjected as women are and women are in the strong roles and job positions. I wish we all could see beyond sex and other racial and social groups as well as religion and ethnicity!

Well I am a woman, but I think in certain jobs men do them way better than women. For instance, in the military, they still won't let women be in certain jobs like infantry where they are on the front line, and I certainly wouldn't WANT to be put on the front lines of war. So, we're not all equal in all circumstances.

In every school I've ever been to, the number of female teachers has always out numbered the males by a considerable percent. However the head teacher is almost ALWAYS male. Hmmm.
