I just started a new school at the beginning of the school. At first, I was popular, every guy wanted me, and everybody wanted to be me. Well then all the sudden this shy, quiet girl came along. She had a bad no no ..... horrible life. And I just hanged out with her and she wasn't a prep. So I just stoped hanging around preps to help her out and be friends with her. But now, she moved to a new school and I have been left in the dust with some other friends. How can I get up to the top again. I talk to the preps but I don't hangout with them cause we live in a small town and there isn't no place to hangout but this kids club. But there are drugs, and fights and just don't want to get all caughted up in all of that. I'm gradualling going up, but how can I go faster. Also, it dosn't help that Im kind of shy and I get nervous infront of them. Please Help me! Thanks

Well I don't want to be there friends cause the are popular... I want to friends with them so I can have fun with my life. Also, so I can get more friends right now I only have like 3 good friends.

If they liked you once, then they will like you again.... it just might take some time, seeing as they probably feel you "ditched" them to hang out with your new friend!
Good luck, and just let the time fix this.... Don't force it or you will never get your friends back!

stop trying to be friends with people just because they are preps. stop trying to be popular.....
i used to think that was the most important thing....but when i stopped trying to get back with the preps and started just having fun with people who were my friends without me doing anything for it - thats when all the preps started thinkin i was cool again and now i have friends that are preps and friends that dont have anything to do with preps - but i just dont care anymore....
just be yourself and hang out with whoever you feel comfortable around and soon everyone will want to be your friend....but that shouldnt be the point for you :]

i think its good not 2 b popular cuz someone wants to b u and will try to do something to steal ur fame.think about the other unpopular ppl.and ur friends dont make u popular.popular is just an abnormal bystander(look it up) who thinks the richest is right.i had this friend that was only my friend cuz she thought i was popular in which i just moved there that year.

Dont be friends with people because they are popular. Its people like that who are stereotypes and fake! I know your not fake for helping that girl, so dont get involved with the preps please. In life you want REAL friends who like you for who you are..not people who are only your friend because you are a "prep"
