how do I check if I have more than one firewall installed on my computer?

Windows only has one. It's in control panel-windows firewall. Any others you would have had to install yourself (such as norton, symantec, defender or other provider). Control panel-add/remove programs will list all programs installed on your computer. Check for any antivirus/firewall programs you've installed. Then check the configuration pages of each one to see if it has an active firewall.

Windows comes with only one. If you installed another one you have two.
