I have been e-mailing someone I consider a friend for over a year, I liked her from the start, it is my ex boyfriend's mom. She would always send me funny e-mails and such and we talked about different things, he ended up doing me very dirty and we even discussed that as she did not approve, she has been sick lately and wrote and told me, I have not heard from her since and have e-mailed her twice to see how she is but have not heard from her, I dont know if she just doesnt want to talk anymore and doesnt want to tell me or if she is worse or because of him and things he may have said about me, should I now just leave it alone? It hurts my feelings that she wouldnt have the nerve to say so if that is the case as I have always sent her something at Christmas and cared for her as a person, and thought she did me also.

Who knows he may have been deleting the e-mails to limit you all contact. Maybe she is just really sick and is in the hospital, maybe she feels that she should not continue to communicate with you anymore for whatever reasons. Maybe she is just extremely busy (something could have come up with their family) All of this guessing won't solve anything. If you are or were close to her like u stated then I don't see why you shouldn't call or visit her. Give this some more time if anything, if she continues to not call you back then at least you tried!!

Maybe she is very ill and cant use the computer to reply. I would get into contact with someone who knows her or who can tell u if she is ok or not.
She doesnt sound like one to hold anything against u regarding her boy, she honestly sounds like a friend to u. So react like u would if a gf of yours did the same thing.
I dont feel she has any reason other than something regarding her being sick. Find a contact to see whats going on, or go see her in person. Theres nothing wrong with that either. It has nothing to do with him, u r going to check on a friend.

Before you get really hurt, please forget her as a girl friend. You had something in common. She maybe and I can not speak for her, looked at you as her boy friend's little or older brother. That is all! If I was you, please just drop it. I think she is giving you a huge hint. Maybe just email her and say, I am glad that we are friends. That way she knows that all you want is friendship. I do not see this going anywhere but Just Friends. I can be wrong! But this is only my opinion.
