Scammers are listed on Froogle.

People like me know which website can be a potentially safe site.

I suggest that unless you have the discernment, you have no reason to buy things unless checking it out.

COPS have nothing to do with internet. The federal take care of the computer and internet crimes.

Files the complaint at www.bbb.org and the FBI.gov . See if you can get any replies from the government in different area.

Get all the info you can, including your bank statements or whatever you used to pay them with. Talk to the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce in your city, and finally, file a police report. You might be advised to talk to a lawyer as well if there is enough evidence and IF the BBB has also gotten other complaints.
Good luck.

IF you can show that you have made payments for good or service that were not satisfactory or not what you ordered, then, yes, you can.

If you paid by credit card, you can also take it up with your card issuer.. Some issuers are better than others at providing cover for their card-members. Ask them about options for "charge-back".

Just be very careful that you have documented proof of what you accuse them of... they may have a sharp attorney.

Ring to police / cops - provide evidence and ring them up.
Trust me with evidence you are more than encouraged to do so.
Helps bring crime down.
