My favorite version of "somewhere over the rainbow"was sung by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, combining it with "What a Wonderful World" and accompanied by ukulele. Really poignant and sweet-- especially considering the life and early death of this very talented man.
This version was featured in the film, 50 First Dates

This song was written for the movie Wizard of Oz and in its original version is sung by Judy Garland who played Dorothy.
