Can xbox game Nascar07 be played on 360?

I own just the 360 and want to rent Nascar 07 but can only find it in the regular xbox format. Would it work in my xbox360? Just want to know before I waste $7 on it. Thanks

Afraid not. According to Microsoft's list of games that are backward compatablie, the game will not work.
