We have Valetines Day because St. Valentine was a martyred saint.

The custom of sending Valentines started in the late 20th Century.

no years ago there was a man priest really who was called saint valentine ithink they brutally murdered him they called it justice i call it murdering but they did it because i think he legally married a couples who weren't to be together so they thought "you know what this guy gotta die lets take a bat and kill him with it maybe it'll make it all better" i don't know why they did this but they didn't think of the outcome
