No, the comic market is to viable that you are more likely to loose $$ than make it (most comic companies are extremely close to operating in the red).

DC comics is owned by warner brothers, so you would be investing in warner brothers as a whole.
i made the mistake of buying marvel comics stock at its IPO back in the nineties. the company was run in to the ground, bankruptcy was filed, and i lost all of my money. the quarterly and annual reports are worth more than the nonexistant stock now.
