because before the power steerimg pump was puy on I heard a wining sound when I turn my wheel to the left now with the new power steering wheel on its no promblem when I turn left only right turns

Check and make sure that you do have enough power steering fluid in the power steering container. A family member had her pump replaced and one of the hoses that leads out under the pump had sprung a leak! If you do have enough fluid, take it back to whomever fixed it and tell them about the problem you're having.

Now if your front end is making clicking sounds that means an CV axle (Constant Velocity) is going bad. And to tell which side is going bad is when the noise disappears when either you turn left and right. Noise disappears left, its the left, right its the right. Fairly easy to determine.
