If anyone is tampering with the laws it's Congress and the far left of the Judicial system. They're always trying to set new precedents to set the guilty free.

Just like when GWB signed into National Law, NO partial birth abortions are allowed, within a few months after it passed, a woman was at the Supreme Court asking for an exception...and the Court was considering it.

Law is law and the courts must stop meddling in the Constitution, the restrictions and laws meant to save innocent lives. If that woman wanted an abortion or TRULY needed it to save her life, her doctor would have let her know LONG before she'd ask the court.
