Your niece by marriage, or niece in-law, or you don't have to get all technical and call her anything at all. It depends on how much you like her. If you like her then you could tell her to start calling you aunt ... and if you don't then just keep letting her call you by name.

she will be your niece. nothing more. think of this, if your nephew were a girl, he would be your niece. use that formula to just about figure out the titles to your relatives. sometimes changing the gender has a way of simplifying things.
