Never heard that about Satan & I grew up in a very religious home. I have heard of different heavy metal albums being played backwords & the lyrics sounding like praise to Satan or something to that effct. Never heard that spelling things backwords was a trademark of Satan.

I'm sick of that name. It has worked its way down from being a semi-decent original name...all the way to teenage trailerpark moms. That's all that will use it anymore anyways. So I don't put thought into the whole spelled backwards evil thing.

I saw on a morning talk show...I forget which one...the debate on the name Neveah. Some were argueing that since it is backwards it is the anti-christ.
I wouldn't read that much into a name personally. The name Neveah isn't my style at all.
I would much rather go with Grace or Faith than Neveah.
Take Care,
SD

Never read any incident in the Bible about Satan changing the spelling of things.

What makes me nuttiest about it is that all the people who suggest it say "Nevaeh-Heaven spelled backwards." Always they add that in, like it makes it more special????

I just hate the name. I don't see why people just don't name their daughter Heaven. It's like instead of naming your daughter Angel you spell it Legna. Come on...
I've heard that too. I'd just never consider such a name...

That sounds superstitious to me. I wouldn't choose a name or not choose one based on how it's spelled backwards. I think that's silly.
