When we turn the dryer on it doesn't do anything, it comes on it just doesn't spin. I have checked the belt on it, it seems that it's okay I have taken the back off and made sure the wires haven't came loose and there's nothing there neither. Any idea at what could be wrong?

"When we turn the dryer on it doesn't do anything, it comes on it just doesn't spin" LET ME THINK ABOUT THIS STATEMENT.

It really does sound like the belt. It might move when the dryer is on, but it may be out of shape. I had the same issue a couple of years ago. Good Luck.

Sounds like a control relay is not making contact. If the dryer has a ''start button'' try setting the dryer as usual and momentarily jumper the two wires going to it. I'm assuming you know electricity and will take the necessary precautions. If this trick doesn't work the relays bad, more than likely.

On the door to the dryer, (actualy on the frame of the dryer, there is a little button that, when the dryer door is closed, it tells the dryer to start spinning. Perhaps this litle switch has gone bad, and is easily replacable.

if when you turn the dryer on you hear the motor running and the belt is good and on all the pulleys it has to be the idler pulley or the main pulley on the motor shaft is loose letting the motor shaft turn inside the pulley

Is the blower motor working? Door switch? Timer? Thermal fuse? High limit? Sorry but it could be several things. A little more info might help. Good luck

There may be a fuse behind the control panel.
