someone i knew, knew how to watch tv on your computer, it was a normal computer nothing added he told me and he went to this one wierd website and there were like tv channels there, and we were watching tv. does anyone know the website? p.s. its a free website? ill choose best answer if i get good answer

Ask that guy. He probably hoodwinked you. Most likely it was cable TV through a PCI card. If it was online, it was illegal. Or maybe you were stoned. Yeah, thats it. Stoned out of you mind. I'm just messin with ya.
