How do you type a 0 (zero) in a text on a Cingular Motorazor?

I made need a class to learn this phone. I need to type a zero for an email address. Any other tips welcome, too. Yes, I have been reading the owners manual and doing it all bit by bit for 2 days. Gonna take awhile for me. Very cool phone. I love it! Did I mention I have never used a cell phone berfore, LOL?
