i have a 1985 chevy suburban 4x4 my front hubs should automaticly lock in but they dont so can you put manual locking hubs on this truck

Yes it's quite simple, you just need to buy a set of manual hubs, remove the six bolts from each existing hub, remove the old hubs and install the manual hubs, then install the six bolts.
