I bought a new phone from nokia (7360 which is not on the nokia U.S. website) and every time i try to place a call it says no network coverage. It is not my cell phone provider because i have great coverage in my area. I really do not know what is wrong. Could it be the sim card? or could it be the phone model in my area?

It can be three different things. ONE! Your home provider does not have an agreement with providers in your area. Or two, the device is locked to your home provider. Three, you could not have signal. My guess is that you don't have a roaming agreement with your provider, so call your provider!
