It was a kids show and wasn't about drugs. But I think it probably helped it you were on drugs to watch it.

If it was about drugs it was all above our heads when we were watching as kids. Funny show and witcheepoo was scary....

NO!!!! IT WAS ABOUT A LAND THAT A BOY WAS WARPED TO A PLACE THAT HAD A DRAGON(HR PUFFINSTUFF)AND OTHER COLOR FULL CHARACTERS. THE BOY HAD A MAGIC FLUTE THAT HE WOULD BLOW ON. ALSO, THERE WAS A WITCH(WITCHIPOO) WHO WAS ALWAYS CAUSING TROUBLE. HR PUFFINSTUFF WAS A PERSON IN A COSTUME KIND OF LIKE A GROOVY, HIPPER BARNEY.

It was a cartoon from years ago about a boy and his dragon and the mishaps they would encounter! Cute show,haven"t thought about it in years!
