Betts for a number of reasons.
1) He is younger
2) He's a stud
3) He costs less
4) Portis still has lots of trade value
5) He is less injury prone (although only 8-10 games total)

Portis.they got to respect his job. betts came in to replace the injured portis. like with k.c quarterbacks damon huard and trent green when trent green got injured even though huard was really putting up big numbers herm edwards respected trent green's job and kept him in even though it might have cost them the game against the colts. but portis and betts will still split the carries just portis will get the bulk of them.
GO REDSKINS!

Definitly Portis because he is a probowl Halfback when he is healthy. Betts just cant compare but is a solid #2.

I say Portis because he can recieve better and he can run outside better than betts.
He is like an LT for the Redskins and they won because of him.
