All department stores have beautiful prom dresses. If you look at ones that do no have "designer tags" then you can probably find some under $200. For my Bat Mitzvah I found an amazing red, strapless, Jessica McClintock dress at Dillard's for only $93. I also suggest looking in Macy's, Stage stores, JC Penny, and even the Jessica McClintock store.

you can get all sort of prom dresses at jc pennys, but im not sure what kind of styles you personally like, you might be able to find one at a dillards on sale. They have some pretty dresses but im not positive that they would fit your budget. Good Luck!!

David's Bridal has really great dresses on sale all the time. The location I shop at gives a school discount with your ID. And they do packages like dress, shoes, etc.

If you are from Canada I would recommend Le Chateau or Fairweather, but with Fairweather you usually run the risk of someone else having the same dress. Sometimes Sears also has good sales.

Mariposa is a great dress place, Ross is great also, JC Pennys is also a nice palce, or maybe the glass butterfly, Macy's, sears!

If there is a Dillard's near you go there....really...but you have to go to the area where they sale evening gowns.{womens}times we sale
the$1000.00 gowns for $30....you just have to be lucky enough to know which floor to go too....and when.
Make SURE you look on the SALES racks way in the back.
