she think that she could be preg because she been having hot flash and she is about 12 days lates and she been have cramp like her period is coming on but she say that when she go check it is not there ?so could she been have sign of been preg?

It could be. SOME women DO have hot flashes and period like cramping as symptoms. If she is worried, take a test, she can take one now since she is 12 days late. If not go to a doc or teen clinic and get a free test done. Goodluck

Hot flashes and cramping aren't signs of pregnancy, they're signs of a problem. She should take a pregnancy test and see a doctor, because it sounds like something isn't "right"

Yur friend really nds 2 get in2 a DR.It's possible that she culd b preg.If she's not 18,I think in most states{or cities}there's like health depts.Or,resources.Cramping is def. not a gd sign.Look 4 appetite changes or sickness.Or,mood swings.

Your friend needs to get a pregnancy test...
also, if she is late and having period cramps, it is a possibility she may be pregnant.. the perioud cramp feeling, if she is infact pregnant, is her uterus expanding..
but she needs to get a test taken.
