Well, Walt Disney World has four different theme parks, so I'll list the best ride(s) at each of them...
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park:
Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
(This is Walt Disney World's newest thrill ride, and it is incredible! It's one of the best roller coasters I've ever been on! And the theming and detail is so amazing!)
Disney - MGM Studios:
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
(I LOVE THIS RIDE! It is my favorite at the Disney - MGM Studios and on of my favorites at all of Walt Disney World! This ride will really give you an adrenaline rush. It's crazy and so much fun!)
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
(I'm pretty sure this would be considered the "fastest" ride at Walt Disney World since it drops straight down. In fact, it doesn't just drop. It's pulled down faster than the speed of gravity. It's scary and definitely an adrenaline rush.)
EPCOT:
Mission: SPACE
(This ride isn't exactly fast or an adrenaline rush, but it simulates what it'd be like to be an astronaut launching into space in a shuttle. It's extremely intense, though!)
Magic Kingdom:
Space Mountain
(This roller coaster isn't very fast at all. Actually, it doesn't usually reach speeds beyond 30 M.P.H. It's a lot of fun, though, and still a bit of an adrenaline rush. It's an indoor roller coaster and it takes place in the dark, so you can't see any hills or sharp turns coming. It's unpredictable and very exciting!)

Expedition Everest! It is a remake of the Matterhorn. It is super fast, full of dips and drops. When you reach the end, you stop (because the train tracks end) and you go backwards! You even go down a big drop backwards! The yeti is really scary! He is like, gonna drop on you! It's a complete adrenaline rush!
Also Mission Space! It is really fun with the launch and full space feeling!
And don't forget about Rockn' Roller Coaster! You go 0-60 MPH in 2.8 seconds! It is all dark like space mountain but you listen to Aerosmith all the way!
Also I like Tower of Terror because of the 130 foot drop! The atmosphere is really good too. It is like a real 50's hotel.
And don't miss the classics just caus' they're not thrill rides! The best are the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Carribean, It's a Small World, and others!
Space Mountain is at a pretty high thrill too! It is really fun witht the top speed!
Take your pick. There's other great ones too!

Well Disney World do you mean just the Magic Kingdom or the entire complex. If so
Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain--it's awesome a roller coaster in the dark, its not too intense but it's cool because you go around a corner then a steep drop that you can't see coming
Pirates of the Caribbean is fun it's not a coaster but its' fun to see the ride that inspired the movie
Animal Kingdom - their new coaster Everest Expedition (I think) is really fun...watch out for the yetti (big foot or whatever ya wannan call him)
MGM - The Aerosmith coaster if fun....
Tower of Terror is very fun
Epcot - there's nothing too thrilling there just good food

properly, do the rollercoasters first!! if I actually have discovered some thing from different situations that i have been to disney international, that is that anybody thinks basically like you. they love to do the coasters very last. also, bypass to Animal Kingdom! it is a marvelous position. i'd in trouble-free terms be 12, yet i understand lots about disney parks. day holiday Everest looks fairly large and scary and scary and quick etc, yet it is neglected each and each and every of the time. that is dissimilar relaxing, even for my 8 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous brother. At MGM, holiday Rockin RollerCoaster. My bro and that i agree that that is the most ideal holiday in the universe! Rides in Epcot that you need are, Soarin', (a carry glider simutator) and attempt music (a vehicle sorting out simulator). i'm hoping you've a staggering time in Disney international, and also you're taking my advice into interest. Rock n Roller Coaster, The Tower of Terror, Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain Rail Road, Mission Space, Splash Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, Lilo & Stitch, the rapids ride at The Animal Kingdom, AND the newest coaster that no one mentioned......Expedition: Everest!

Space Mountain (at Magic Kingdom), Tower of Terror (at MGM), and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster (at MGM) are by far the best rides.
I haven't gotten to ride Expedition Everest (at Epcot) yet, but I've heard its really good.

Test Track is the fastest.
Tower of Terror is fun.
Also, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and EVEREST!!!
Now Everest is a fun ride (at Animal Kingdom)!!!
