get some-wd-40, put just a bit on the track, I used Q-tip's, once it did slide out, hope this helps

Well, I hate to say this, but yes I do, and it works great, have never had a problem with it, but now i've just jinxed it so it will probably break tomorrow!!!

no, they never work set your keyboard on the desk get a screwdriver and remove the drawer. problem solved.
