Introvert. I can safely say that I am one and in response to the answers that say that introverts are lonely people you are incorrect. I PREFER solitude and my own company most of time. What an extravert defines as lonely and what an introvert does are two separate things. I wouldn't feel as comfortable if I was forced into too many social situations. I imagine I would be lonely if I was an extravert who didn't have people to be around alot. As it stands I'm content. Also, there is a difference between being shy and being an introvert. People that are shy have a desire to socialize more, but are just too timid to do so. I don't have that desire, and am by no means timid when the situation calls for me to speak my mind.
