I don't want to spend 3,000 on one. I want one that works though

No matter how much you pay, expect to have to work on it. They rarely work 100% unless you very regularly work on them, even if you buy it brand new. Go to a pinball show and see what you like, and there are always several for sale there. The themes and game play are very important to most people. To buy something just because it's cheap is wrong. Fairly good machines start around $2000. If you look hard there are occasional finds at maybe half that, but expect to have some serious clean up. EBay is one of the best places to find pinballs. Also, look at www.IPDB.org. (Internet Pinball Database)

JUST SEARCH PINBALL MACHINES AND YOU'RE BOUND TO FIND A BUNCH! THAT OR TRY LOCAL PAPERS
