E-mail it meant like your SMS in your phone but it refer to internet and more powerful.
E-Shopping it meant that u can buy something from the Internet (Online Shoping), u need to pay online via Credit Card, Master Card........
Download it meant you can recieve file or piture from the Internet.
Internet Browser it the programme that u let you view web page.
URL it is the type or path that you browse your file or website

E mail is the same as standard mail from the USPS, only it's on your computer and over the internet.
E shopping is buying and selling online, eBay for instance.
A web browser is a program you use to view web-pages.
A url is what you type in to go to a web site.
I know those are technical meanings, but a basic and easy to understand.
