I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but it sounds like you might have a schizo-affective disorder which is characterized by the symptoms you mention. I've done some research on this and it is very important to get on an anti-psychotic medicine and mood disorder meds or depression meds as well as get psycho therapy. It is very treatable, unlike the personality disorder which is much more difficult to treat. I read that someone told you to do sports or something and I actually read that doing activities can still many of the racing, paranoid, anguish feelings one has. It is a scary diagnosis on the one hand and on the other can bring some peace of mind because it is quite treatable and might allow you to live a more functional life and have relationships. This might not be the time to try actitvities, but when you begin to heal, I want you to remember to start doing some things you enjoy. I'm not sure what you might enjoy doing but you must look around for something. Remember you can fight this, whatever it is, and you can begin to live again.

I have compassion and answered a similar question of yours the other day. I put a lot of time, thought and empathy and offered a lot of suggestions. Since then i notice you have changed your picture and name more than once and also your description of yourself. You have received so many good answers from people but you keep asking the same question in a different way.

What are you wanting that you have not got yet?

Why keep changing your name & profile?

Perhaps add to your question would be good.

pick yourself up and start over again. Control your life and dont let life control u. Find motivation to be confident by not claiming mental illness in your life, but let your thought process take on positive actions. Dont let ppl tell u who u are and get on with your life instead of worrying about what other ppl have to say.

Could be bi-polar disease. If it is medication would fix it.
I would also start exercising daily and you will start to feel better once you are ripped :)

I can relate and you HAVE to start looking for a bright side and work hard at changing your mental conditions.ONLY you can change you, though help is usually welcome.
