Tummy tuck surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

HI. I am in the same boat. I have 3 kids and the last one was a big baby and my belly got HUGE! Anyway, I am starting to loose the weight and I notice the excess skin. I had 3 c-sections so mine may be different. Anyway, the doctor said that skin has memory and that if you do muscle toning exercises for all abdominal muscles that it will help with the excess skin imensely! Also, it could take up to a year. I have started to rub skin firming lotion on my stomach everynight to see if that will help. I too don't want to have to resort to surgery but if after a year it doesn't firm up on it's own I will consider it....maybe she will too if loose skin isnt something she can live with. Good luck to her...I can understand where she's coming from

Unfortunatly flappy skin has lost it's elastin. There is nothing you can do to get rid of it naturally. Most tummy tucks are done in under 2 hours and are very safe. You usually go home within an hour after its done. Getting your appendix out is more dangerous. Sorry, but if you want her to be happy, it may be the only way. Get a Dr's consultation and go with her so you know what can be done.

Oh, well, most do it through tummy tucks. Mine does not intend to do that, only as a last resort. What I suggest is various books at you local library to get her started. She probably needs to exercise. I know anyone who has two kids thinks this is the last thing they need, but it will help. Think again.
What you need to aim for it to be able to jog, do jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, etc. non-stop for 30 minutes each day. Walk stairs, (most apartments have lots of those). Check to see if your apartments have a gym or pool.
The only other consideration is moisturize to revitalize and renew the tissue. Remember, it will take time and commitment. For her exercise time, watch the two kids for her. If you do not do it well, she will not be able to exercise, and you will have no right to complain either. It requires a commitment from both of you.
If you are not man enough to do it, you should be ashame.

Sit ups and crunches. That will get rid of the excess skin and the more she does, the faster it will go away. But she has to keep on it until it is gone.

unfortunately the only thing you can do is get surgery. There's only so much that your skin can stretch back. When you lose the elasticity in the skin that's when it hangs. It'll be like that when you're overweight for a period of time and also it comes with age.
