Walt Disney World is far better than Universal Studios. The Universal Studios is only one park. Walt Disney World contains four different theme parks, and even two water parks, plus a whole lot more. I will never waste my time or money at a Universal theme park. You can easily get through all the decent attractions in less than a day, but to get through all the the decent attractions at even just one of the Walt Disney World theme parks takes at least an entire day from open until close, usually two days. Walt Disney World has so much more to offer. The best that Universal Studios has to offer is a few big, scary roller coasters. Walt Disney World has roller coasters, too, though, but with all sorts of other very entertaining attractions.

Walt Disney World was created before the Universal Studios. They have to keep decreasing their prices and offering special vacation packages just to convince a few Guests to skip out on Walt Disney World. It's pretty sad. In fact, in the past Walt Disney World's theme parks' attendances and popularity have continued to rise by at least five percent each year, while the Universal Studios' theme parks' attendances have continued to decline by at least eight and a half percent each year.

Hope I could help!

I agree with Whitney. My husband and I just went to Universal and Islands of Adventure last month while on our honeymoon, and we were done with both Universal parks by like 3:30 in the afternoon (we arrived around 9:30 or so and there was NO ONE there). The only thing really worth seeing at Universal Studios itself is The Mummy ride, as long as you like roller coasters. Everything else is really dated.

Part of the fun of Disney is that a lot of the rides seem "dated" but they're timeless.....I mean you could ride "It's A Small World" a million times and not get sick of it but one ride on "Earthquake" and you feel done with it. I also think that Disney is much more cost-effective. We spent something like $72 each for the two Universal parks and we were bored after just a few hours, while we spent $500 or so on 10-day Disney park tickets with all the options, and we went into the parks again and again and weren't bored.

Definitely Disney over Universal. :)

Definitely Disney World. I don't care for Universal - Island's is the only park I do like by Universal Studios.

Disney has tons of attractions and entertainment for all ages! And there is so much more to see and do.

Disney World!!! Okay, Universal alone you can get through in half a day (that's doing EVERYTHING!) Universal isn't the one with a bunch of coasters, that's islands of adventure. Disneyworld you can't even get through in 5!! Yes, I am very opinionated. Universal is way overrated.

In my opinion it depends what you are looking for as far as rides and also which of the Disney parks you are planning on visiting.

Universal is better is you are wanting thrill rides and coasters. In my opinion, the park seems kind of small and doesn't take long to get through.

Disney is better if you are looking for some rides that are a tad thrilling and rides that are great for all ages, as well as shows. There are four parks, each one is a little different, but all are great.

I personally like Disney better, but I do like the rides at Universal as well. I like the all around experience at Disney.

But again, it really depends on what you are looking for.

Have a great time!

DIsney is about 15-20 minutes faraway from conventional maximum ideal thanks to get from Disney to conventional is a cab till you rented a vehicle in case you want thrill rides then Islands Of adventure is the most ideal position to bypass they have the most roller Coasters. also some solid thrill rides at conventional Studios referred to through Hollywood Studios.
