TODAY, AT SCHOOL I GOT MY PERIOD, SO I JUST PUT ON A PANTILINER;THAT'S ALL I HAD AT THE MOMENT!!!!WELL, OBVIOUSLY IT LEAKED DESPITE ALL MY EFFORTS, AND IT GOR ALL OVER MY VERY LIGHT VELVET PANTS!!!!!I WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO EMBARRESED!!!!!I WAS A HUGE STAIN!!!!!NOBODY TOLD ME, BU MY CRUSH IS IN ALL MY CLASSES AND HE SAW IT TOO!!!!!!NOBODY SAID ANYTHING,BUT WHEN I DISCOVERED IT, I WAS SOOOO EMBARESSED!!!!!I HAD TO DO A PRESENTATION !!!!!WELL, I JUST TIED MY SWEATER AROUND MY WAIST, BUT I FEEL REALLY BAD!!!NOT EVEN MY FRIENDS TOLD ME!!!!!!NOW EVERYONE KNOWS, EVEN ALL THE BOYS, AND AS A MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT, IT REALLY AFFECTS YOUR SELF ESTEEM!WHAT SHOULD I DO!HOW DO I FACE SCHOOL TOMMOROW!!THE NICE PART IS, MY CRUH DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH I WENT AROUND THE SCHOOL THE WHOLE DAY WITH MY PERIOD LEAK ON MY PANTS!I REALLY need help!I'm in 7th graDe and EVERYONE< INCLUDING ALL THE TEACHERS saw it!Should i makE-up?MYM PANTS WERE REALL LIGHT!FOR THE GUYZ, WHAT WOULD YOU THINK AND RACTS??????

:) girl, i feel ya. i bet it was very embarrassing, and i'm really sorry it happened...but hey, it's life. first of all, remember, if You ignore it, some people will follow your lead. if u act embarrassed, people may see that and try to make fun of you.
whether or not they do, the important thing for you to do is be Confident. it's ok. if someone says something, go "yeah, thanks for telling me yesterday, Nerd!!!" and if they're really rude, stare 'em down and call them a jerk for not saying anything yesterday.... or how about "u kept ur mouth shut yesterday, what u can't do it today??" u know what i mean? there is something to be said about that saying "make them laugh With you, not At you"..... it's hard, but u can do it. just look ur best tomorrow, make sure u have a pad and extras in ur bag, and just walk w/ ur head high.
it's quite possible that the people around u were actually very Polite and that's why they didn't tell you about it yesterday.. so they may not even mention it tomorrow.
good luck... and it's ok. :) the better you are about it, the more of an example u will be to other people

It's okay, life goes on.
This may sound cliche, but it's a natural thing. Most of the girls in your school have already had it; they can sympathize with you. The reason that nobody told you was because they wanted to be polite, at least they weren't mean, so they're not going to make fun of you. If they do, the best thing to do is wear your confidence. Don't act embarassed or ashamed - if you do, it'll just give them a power over you to tease you.
Don't, under any circumstances, make up an excuse. It will sound ridiculously fake, and they ARE going to make fun of you for trying to cover it up with some lame, UNREALISTIC excuse. Making up an excuse will show that you are embarassed, and like I stated before, since you are showing signs of weakness, they will have an advantage over you and make fun of you.

Don't make up an excuse about falling during gym or anything. Everyone who saw it knows what it was and they're not going to believe you. But don't get so worried about it. It'll happen to every girl atleast once. It's happened to almost all of my friends and if any of the kids in your school have any decency, they won't make fun of you for it. Like, the kids in my school, including the guys, understand and they don't make fun of you for it. It's just something that happens and the guys have to get used to it. Plus, all the girls will know what you're going through so they shouldn't make fun of you for it.

This kind of stuff will happen to you. its all part of the middle school experience. I dont know how the people are in your school but most the girls in my school wouldnt make of you cause they are girls and they would understand what its like. Just try to make a joke of it and I know its bad but you want to seem confident and then people wont make fun of you. I feel bad for you and im really sorry It happened. Good luck at school tomorrow.

i dont think that you should make up any excuse because that will make u look stupid. The same thing happend to me in 7th grade. Use saline solution (contact lence cleaner) to get blood the blood off your pants. it will get the stain out almost instantly, don't worry about it, it will happen to almost every girl.

you have to relaxe every girl gets her period and they go through it for a week sometimes dont worry youll be fine
