Computer experts for Compaq Presario SR1210NX.?

Okay. My computer will not turn on.
I plug the cord in, the back GREEn light goes on.
It's steady. The mouse doesnot go on, or the keyboard.
What is wrong?
Can you list a few steps that will fix the computer?

The computer is cold, can it be frozen?
Can it e the power supply?
Motherboard?

Please help

You might need a new powersupply for your computer ! I had the same and endet up to get a new powersupply for it
