That is a very untruthful statement and it sounds redicilous. Many decisions are made withour regard to ethics but rather by what a person might gain or profit from. I wholy disagree. If it were true we wopuld live in a much better world with less hunger and poverty and more happiness and equality among the people of the earth. It is a foolish statement that is not truthful but only a dream.

There are many schools of "ethical thought", not all of which are moral. Decisions imply a choice, and perspective defines the reality of circumstance. Each decision is limited to the specific situation it addresses.

No, some decisions are just about what would be more convient or what you like better. For an example picking dairy queen over wendy's would not be a choice that dealt with morals or not.
