wht does it mean when a guy says he likes you but wouldnt go out with you right now?
by the way, i guess we have this rep at school that we hate each because of last year (long story) so idk if its because of tht. wht do you think?

You people need to start taking things at face value more. If they don't want to go out with you, they don't. You might make yourself more physically attractive, but if you are not compatible, it will not work in the long run.
Keep in mind society has changed a little. No more free love and casual sex, at least from what I see.
Quit being so polar, like saying "hate" and "like" you cant date someone you hate unless you are a very cool actor.

It could be because of the rep - maybe he's giving in to the pressure. It also could mean that he really does like you, but for whatever reasons, he can't devote the time right now for a relationship. I say continue to live your life. Don't wait for him. If he comes around, he comes around. It was nice of him to tell you he likes you, but don't let it get to your head.

maybe it means just that.Maybe he has other things on the go right now and you would just complicate matters.It might be because of the rep..and he doesnt want to feel foolish.You need to be the one to ask him right out what he means..If you cant be comfortable enough to do that..then I wonder if you should even waste your time on him ?
