Watch a small bird, sit on a busy street, or in a busy market and observe.
Write down feelings, poetry, what you see.
Every day write what you see.

Nobody is going to rescue you. We make choices every day, and our future is going to be largely a consequence of the choices we make today. It should not be left to luck, fate, God, charms and talismans or conjunctions of the planets.
This is true both for you and me as individuals, and for society as a whole. most of the choices we make have consequences and these may often be predicted and we can learn from all outcomes good or bad.
"We humans are responsible, for what we are and for what we shall become." That's what we have to learn here and now.
