Bono, the lead singer of the rock band U2 is trying to raise money to end HIV & AIDS in Africa. The "Red" products (like the iPod or clothes at The Gap) companies have promised to donate a portion of the sales price to the cause.

It's a Motorola Razr (red) phone--a red phone that pledges to donate proceeds to AIDS research.
If you don't want the phone, I suppose they'll let you buy a t-shirt.
It's a cell phone promotion. Good thing it's for a good cause.

AIDS as far as I know. Sometimes it's also used to signal support for heart disease, but to my knowledge primarily for AIDS.
