I want to have twins sooo bad. It is extremely hard trying to concieve one baby and once i do im afraid that i might not have the chance to have a second child. So i want to have twins. What can i do that will double my chance of having twins without risking the health of any babies?? Also, I am 5'10 so i don't think i have to worry about not having the room for two babies in there.

Twins run in both myself and my husbands side of the family, but what if i get missed? I want twins...can't i do anything to help the lines hit me?

Well, I do know that people who take fertility drugs useually have multipuls, but that is expensive. If you are willing to go that way then thats all I can think of.

Talk to your doctor about fertility medications which are notorious for producing more than one child. They may not be identical twins since that is a genetic phenomenon, but they will probably be fraternal twins.
There is not real natural way to ensure the conception of twins. It always happens by chance. Talk to your doctor no matter what.

I come from a family of twins, every generation. Please be aware that twins to have extra risks in pregnancy. They are usually premature and can have trouble getting the oxygen they need to be fully healthy, among other issues.
Adoption is a great way & realistic way to add to your family. You can have a baby naturally and you can always adopt.

There is nothing u can do to double your chances of twins.Sorry...You best bet is to pray alot.Good luck

i've heard eating yams will increase the chances, but probably not.
