Can anyone reccommend a GREAT CD-Rom that assists in making objective ELA tests?

I have taught since 1995 and I have found that none of the test generators really suit my needs. It is really easier to just make the test yourself. You know what the students have been taught. Those type of generators usually come up with questions that were not important to me and therefore I did not focus on them.
