I didn't see anything worth censoring except "rectoral" references. I tend to think they have some sort of watch list and when one of the people on the watch list posts a question, it goes into a queue until it can be reviewed and approved.
Same thing happens to me.

If it doesnt post within 5 mins or so -delete it quick to avoid your violation
