Yes, 3 times. It is very colorful, very interesting. You must get reserved seating, several months in advance--usually space is sold out by sometime in March. Also if you want to go to Machu Picchu just before or just after Inti Raymi, train tickets and entrance passes there are usually sold out by March as well. So plan your trip well in advance.

No, not yet, but I'm going there this year... and I'm stoked. I'm going with a sustainable tour group GapAdventures that arranged my hotel, flights within peru, and some meals.
