bottom line is since getting thomas jones the bears have only had one 1000 yard rusher and i believe that it was in the 2003 season. but b4 this they have always been penn state running backs picked in the first round which is really bad since the bears have a first round running back flop besides benson. and penn state running backs besides larry johnson flop and are horrible no matter if they win the heisman. the ones like larry johnson who i kno personally as a friend got robbed of the heisman .and other nittny lions who win it flop
