I have tried everything!!! And I cannot figure out how to do this . Please be specific , I am not the most computer savy person .

You can't.
However, you can change how much goes out to others by your email options.
You can say - look likes this =
HelloToU
instead of your actual email address.

If it's a google address you can forward your mail to a new e-mail address. Forwarding is probably the best way to consolidate many e-mail addresses. If you can retrieve your e-mail in Outlook that would even be better. Then you could slowly let your contacts know your new e-mail address.
