So, if its nothing too serious, but she is your girlfriend how is that possible? Nothing too serious like no sex? No commitment?
Anyways...Ideas..
I would take her to a good fancy resteraunt. If she is not "too" Non-PDA, maybe get a dessert later on and feed it to her. Bring her flowers. Remember, red are passionate love, pink are friendship. If you are not really into serious...maybe pink, because it symbolizes...I want to be your friend, but I like you a lot.
Also, don't get chocolate! Unless she likes that..lol. Thats so traditional. *blah*
Get maybe a blanket or like a little throw blanket and attatch two movie tickets to it too for both of you to go to a movie, or maybe a bear with a gift card for her choosing.
You wanna be careful. Some women think that chocolates symbolize that they are too fat, etc.

dont worry i wont insult u im not mean so. try makin a scrapbookin kinda of card it will turn out nice (that is wut my mom did 4 xmas cards)
