I haven't bought anything from wackyplanet.com... However, I did check them out. They seem reputable. They even have a Hacker Safe seal from ScanAlert. That doesn't necessarily mean they didn't screw your order up, but I would seriously doubt it. I would expect that you're item will show. Sometimes packages move slower during adverse weather conditions, and we've had our share lately. I recommend you wait a total of three weeks, then contact them and ask for a UPS confirmation number. You can use that on the UPS site to see exactly where your package is and when it's expected arrival date is.
