I live in Cumbria...the question here is "Have you ever seen NO rain?"
We call it "Liquid Sunshine"...
I live in one of the most beautiful places on the planet - "The Lake District" aka "The Lakes" or even "The English Lakes" - but we Cumbrians know what a true lake IS........
...a very big puddle!
But some of the most beautiful puddles you will ever see - and if you can't live here, you can at least visit.

Rain is beautiful on a warm summer day. I enjoy watching the rain as I sit on the swing on my porch. It is very relaxing.
