desmond morris said in one of his books, i dont remember which, that people develop fetishes from their very, very FIRST sexual experience.
so if we agree with dr.desmond, we can assume that if a man has some hardcore fetish with pregnant women, he probably was sexually stimulated at an extremely young age BY a pregnant woman. maybe he witnessed a preg woman having sex? maybe a preg woman had his little naked body on her stomach-. ive seen it in artsy photos.... maybe the child got aroused a little- and that very event fueled and still fuels his desire for pregnant women. maybe? i think i read that in 'the human zoo.'
desmond also says that about half of homosexual people are gay because of early sexual events.

i think it's sad to see such superficial answers here, because for me this question is very easy to understand.
The simple reason is.. because of the energy around women who are pregnant. They simply radiate, shine. They are in their purest femininity.
It's hard to describe, but that's what is boils down too.

I know this! At least I paid attention in Psychology. Its because women have this GLOW. They want/need more sex because they are turned on more. Maybe too its because they have something growing inside them.
