Here's a silly but interesting question. I just got Madden 2007 and what to create myself as a player but which position would reflect me in real life? I am 6'0, 200 lbs, can throw but not amazingly, I love to catch the football, am a pretty quick runner and love offense... I was a linebacker in high school, but really got bored with defensive play after a while... I am a great kicker, but being a kicker is boring too...
What do you think? Any suggestions? If you were a coach what would you think?

Wide Receiver. You have height (sorta) and bulk. Kicker would be good too.

I have played the following positions in Madden '07. Kicker, Running Back, Defensive Tackle, Wide Receiver, Quarterback, Strong Safety.

Of them all.... I enjoyed Running Back. (what I played in high school)

I just recently (last two months and haven't played through training camp yet) started my kicker and a Tight End.

I would create you at either QB or WR. Since it is Madden, and does not reflect real life, I would put myself either at QB or WR, because then you can play as yourself all of the time. I also created myself as a WR, but on Madden 2005, and it was pretty cool, because I made myself perfect in everything, so I got tons of yards. But, I made my QB perfect in everything too, so he was like impossible to sack, and threw perfect passes 75% of the time. But anyway, its your decision. You could make yourself a K, but that really doesn't make a difference. ZIf you wanted, you could make yourself an LB, but that would bet a little boring after a while. Still, hope you have fun playing as yourself!

I'd Say Create a Tight End because Tight Ends are big, with good speed (unless your antonio gates which would give you Blazing Speed), and have good hands. A 6'0 200 lb person sounds Ideal for a quick Tight End and LB seems like a good alternate to Tight End considering thats what you played in high school

I would put you at fullback since you say you used to be a linebacker. You get all the use of your LB skills by blocking but you can also capitalize on being a rb by catching and carrying the ball. Since in madden you can switch the sets to heavy formation if you were a fullback you could be the tailback in these situations.

Running backs! They fit your physic. Running backs can run, catch, spin, juke, break tackles, stiff arm! I played as a running back and its great. The only problem Madden doesn't let you fix the camrea view if you want to do "Become a Hall of Famer" Mode. But its an awsome game and position once you get used to it.

Either RB, DT or QB you will always be in the play no matter what. I personally like Rb cause u can juke people and stiff arm up them. There's nothing better in my opinion then finding the perfect hole and rushing up the gut 95 yards for a TD!

qb is always the default - but i usually prefer to be either a wr or a safety - interceptions are fun stats to get - then again sacks are sometimes the best, so making yourself a LB is a good choice - it might depend on how big you are too if you want to make the player with your real characteristics

u should be a qb because u get the most action at qb. at wr u dont get the ball all the time. u could be a rb, but qb is more fun and make urself fast so u can run or pass

well, i think you should create yourself as a quarterback. that way you will touch the ball on every play.

now, if you want to depict yourself the way you actually are, then you have to be a LB, because you said you played that in high school.. then, you probably are most familiar with defensive schemes.
