Move all the variables to one side and leave the number value on the other side.
-7a-5a+4a+7a>6
-12a+11a>6
-a>6
if you like, make the a value positive and switch the sides of the various units -6>a which means a is -7 or less.

these are easy! Just get all the numbers with letters to one side and all the numbers without them on the other. In doing so you will end up with what A is!

they are like answering equations. The only thing you have to watch for is when you multiply of divide by a negative number. when you do that you have to reverse the inequality sign.
