You need to talk to someone-be it your parents, a school counselor, or someone else. This isn't going to go away. The longer you postpone, the more things will pile up and the more upset you'll feel. There's nothing wrong with asking for help. Tell someone.

Sounds like you have alot on your plate to deal with for a person so young. When you get stressed try taking a deep breath and holding it for a second or two and let it out slowly while you are counting backwards from 10 to 1. when you reach 1 you should have gotten rid of all the air that you took in with the deep breath.

Do this 3 times and do it slowly this will help you to relax. then take a short 5 minute break go outside for some fresh air and don't think about the stuff you are dealing with.

then get back at it. One way you could maybe talk to your mom about this is, ask her how she deals with the stress she has in her life. that breaks the ice, and then you can tell her what you are up against and maybe she can help you with this so your stress isn't so high. That's the same way i'd approach the school counselor about it too, get that persons response.

Just work at it. in the future don't take on so much that you can't handle it.

First off, you need to make time for yourself to relax or you'll get overloaded. And it's only the seventh grade so don't stress too much, it's not going to affect your college status. As for the science fair, do some research on the subject or next time pick something you understand. Also you have to ask about the subject or no body's going to be able to help you there. As for tests and quizzes, wait for high school then complain about pop quizzes on the human anatomy and what each bone is called and where it is located. And counselors are great and are there to talk to about anything, I love mine. That's why they're there.

Well you should probably sit down with your parents and tell them how you feel. Remember to use "I feel" statements so that it doesn't seem like you're blaming them or anyone else. Tell them that you're feeling overwhelmed and that you're getting depressed because of it. Explain what it is that is making you feel pressured.

If you don't feel like you can talk to your parents then you should go to your councilor. Just go there in the morning before classes start and make an appointment. Tell them how you're feeling and why you feel that way. They can even help you talk to your parents if you don't feel like you can talk to them by yourself.

If you can I would stop doing the science project. I'm sure you partner will understand if you tell him/her why you don't want to do it anymore. If not then they're being selfish and just forget them.

Good luck!

First of all tell the teacher that you and your partner aren't a very good match because you can't understand him. Second talk to your parents about you helping your little sister with her homework. Your parents are responsible for the homework not you. You shouldn't have to have that burden along with everything else.

youve been crying because of all the pressure. first talk to someone close about it like a friend and see if they could help you. ask your science teacher for help about the project or see if you can change to a topic that you understand. with all your tests and quizzes try to form a study group or something which can help you do better on these tests.

You need to talk to somebody. Teenagers these days have way to many responsibilities. they are expected to have good grades, help around the house, and some even have to have jobs. its to much. Talk to your parents, tell them how you feel. Please keep us posted. There is no need for you to be crying with so much pain in the world as it is.
