Our school is complicated. I want a really close guy friend- one that I can talk to about my crush, one that I can say whatever I want to him without being judged, and one that picks me up when I'm feeling down. How do I look for one without putting up big campaign posters that say, "BOYS WILLING TO BE MOLLY'S BEST FRIEND CALL 1-800-BMY-FRIEND"?

I'm a teacher, and I've noticed that the girls who are nice and supportive of everyone have many friends, both boys and girls. They don't make fun of other people or laugh when other people make a mistake. These girls have many friends because they appreciate everyone as a human being. In our school, the girl voted " Most Beautiful" is really not the most beautiful girl physically.... there are other really beautiful girls. But this girl is the most beautiful on the inside... and other students notice. There are some students who make fun of and imitate our slightly crippled janitor, but she always stops to talk to him and wish him a good day. No matter how busy she is or if she's with her many friends, she manages to notice other people who are need of some kindness. That's why she has many friends.

jus be laid -back and confident and be a good listener and joke around with difft guys. when it comes to dating, guys may want a cute little prissy girl but when it comes to friendships, they want someone who's chill and relaxed..........
